The SENSORWORX wireless wide view and hallway occupancy sensors are a simple, yet reliable battery powered control solution. Preferred by contractors for their flexible mounting methods, SENSORWORX wireless sensors greatly reduce total installation time and wireless pairing fuss. Requiring just a few seconds per device, SENSORWORX wireless sensors can be linked to one or more wireless load controllers (such as the SWX-851 wireless wall switch, or a SWX-950 series wireless power pack). Additionally, these sensors can be configured to work in applications with other wireless or wired ceiling, corner, or hallway sensors to provide extended coverage in large or irregularly shaped spaces. As with all SENSORWORX products, the latest passive infrared technology and techniques are used to provide unmatched occupant detection performance and energy savings. Additionally, wideview units are available with an integrated microphone to provide overlapping passive acoustic detection for rooms with obstructions or where occupant motion is limited.

• Hallway View Detection: Provides excellent Passive Infrared (PIR) motion coverage from mounting heights between 8-12 ft. Best choice for large motion (walking) detection in hallways up to 100 ft. Installing two sensors facing each other at either end of hallway is recommended for best coverage. For longer hallways, additional low voltage ceiling sensors should be added along the way and controlled together with one power/relay pack.
• Long-lasting Battery: Powered by a single CR123(A) lithium battery, this wireless sensor is designed for 10 year operation.
• Compact size and matte finish: Sensor is 2.875"H x 2.75"W x 3.25"D which is smaller than typical long range hallway sensors.
• Versatile Mounting Methods: This sensor's installation bracket enables five contractor-friendly mounting methods. An included chase nipple attachment with an integrated hole saw is perfect for fast and secure installation to drop ceiling tiles or junction boxes. Screw holes are also provided on the mounting bracket for direct attachment to ceilings, corners, or walls.
• Quick & Simple Pairing: SENSORWORX battery powered sensors require push-button pairing to a compatible wireless load controller (SWX-950 series pack, SWX-851 wall box controller, or SWX-874-ELV dimmer). Pairing takes ~3 seconds per sensor.
• Reliable Wireless Operation: SENSORWORX wireless devices are designed with a range of ~80 feet line of site and ~40 feet through obstructions like walls. Communication is done using an encryted 915 MHz proprietary protocol.
