The concept of searching for different evil or unfortunate events in human history as pointers to the end of the world requires some scholastic attention. Are these truths taught in scripture? Or, are they just tradionally foisted upon the theologies of many denominations? This is the heart cry of this work.We will study the concept of the Antichrist in a wholesale fashion. Our studies in this book will delve into the backstory and background of the concept of an Antichrist from the Old Testament books of Scripture up to the New Testament books. This, we believe, will help a lot of believers to be reassured in the reassurance of faith and salvation that God has promised and done for us in Christ Jesus.This is in no way a criticism of those who have held on to such beliefs, even though the subject requires a critical look and critiquing to see whether it aligns with biblical truths. Rather, this work is to open our minds to the revelation found in God's word, so that we will not wrongly label individuals or institutions as fulfilling what we believe is biblical prophecy.What did Jesus mean in the Four Gospels when he spoke about false Christs?What was the concept of the Antichrist that John proposes in his first and second epistles?This is the work in this material, and we trust that as we study and go through the texts of Scripture together with equal meditation, we would be able to provide the necessary Bible study and Bible study methods with which the truth about the Antichrist can be found.I trust that this would help us to have more information.
