Handcrafted in DT’s European facility, the 3rd Generation ARC 1100 DICUT wheels feature a fully proprietary carbon rim developed alongside the aerodynamic experts at Swiss Side. Each rim is wind-tunnel tested at GST just over the German border, ensuring best-in-class real-world performance.

The advanced rim design features a 22 mm internal width, optimised for 28–30 mm tyres, and a unique hybrid V-shape that delivers exceptional aerodynamic efficiency and enhanced crosswind stability — even outperforming previous, shallower profiles.

Precision Manufacturing, Maximum Gains

Thanks to DT’s latest in-house carbon technology, the ARC 1100 rims feature a refined lay-up and a flawless “out-of-mould” finish — requiring no additional cosmetic layers. Each rim is internally scanned before assembly to verify the exact placement of every carbon layer.

The result? A wheelset that is up to 158 grams lighter per pair than the previous generation, while also being deeper and wider.

At the heart of the ARC 1100 is the DICUT 180 hub, engineered with:
